25,000 s.f. – New Construction, US Veteran’s Administration Multi-Disciplinary Clinic

Framework worked with VA user group and standard CBOC design requirements to carefully plan a space that meets the specific needs of veterans and provides a welcoming, accessible, and functional environment for both patients and staff.

VA CBOC is a medical facility operated by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to provide outpatient care to veterans in local communities. The clinic is designed to offer a range of health care services from common outpatient services to health and wellness visits.

Framework designed the site, the building shell,and all interior spaces for this new regional clinic set to open in the summer of 2024.
