14,000 s.f. – New Construction Government Facility

Framework worked with the US General Services Administration(GSA), and the Bureau of Land Management to design a regionaloperations and administration facility in Tillamook, Oregon.

The new facility accommodates administrative support staff, a visitor welcome and permit station, and a radio communications tower.The building also includes an operations center for field staff, to house forestry tools and equipment, refrigerated tree seedling storage, staff lockers and showers, utility vehicle parking, loading dock, and a secure storage yard.

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is the nation’s largest land manager. BLM manages national conservation lands to cultural resources to fish and wildlife habitats.Framework designed the site, the building shell, and all interior spaces for this new facility set to open in the summer of 2024.
