11,000 S.F. – Minneapolis retail shell and storefront

Framework partnered with Ryan Construction and Urban Anthology Commercial Real Estate, to create this retail shell and storefront on a skinny lot in Minneapolis’ vibrant Uptown neighborhood. The building includes 11,000 square feet on two levels – and was built in association with the Columbia Sportswear real estate and design team.
