45,000 S.F. – MedTech Contract Research facility (Building Addition & Remodel)
Doug Feickert has worked with NAMSA on more than a dozen projects as they continuously upgrade and expand their four-building campus.
NAMSA provides clinical research services, laboratory studies, medical device testing, and biological safety consulting services to clients around the world. The project included 35,000 square feet of new space and remodeling of another 10,000 square feet.
Post-expansion, the facility includes over 86,000 square feet of research & testing spaces, surgical procedure rooms, clinical observation suites, administrative offices, and employee amenity spaces. The building includes a new lobby and guest orientation center to welcome clients from around the globe. The re-developed site also added 80 parking spaces, a new receiving dock, and a covered employee patio.
